IS PAN publications present the results of source research work (documentation, dictionaries) as well as topical presentations pertaining to various artistic, historical, political and social contexts.  These publications are the results of the work of scholars who have been connected with the Institute over the last sixty-odd years.  IS PAN was formed in order to broaden knowledge and integrate various aspects pertaining to art.
