Main objectives

• The project aims to ensure IS PAN’s staff and personnel ongoing and safe access to advanced technology and infrastructure, allowing them to conduct modern research, using information technologies and facilitating the Institute’s contacts with international tele-information academic networks. 
• The project will allow the main objective of the Innovative Economy Operational Programme to be realized, by investing in information technology infrastructure to preserve IS PAN’s priceless historical collections in digital form, allowing research to be carried out at the highest level, leading to results beneficial to academic and economic centres, and more efficiency thanks to the wider use of information and communication tools.
